We bring the Air Jumper to your party and we'll take care of the full set-up (usually 10-15 minutes). All we need is a dedicated electrical outlet nearby (or a 3,000-watt or higher generator).

Here are the TOP 10 questions commonly asked about our Jumpers:

Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! Our Courteous drivers will deliver and set up each Jumpers and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes, and take down is about 15-20 minutes. This service is included in your rental cost.

What kind of power is required?
Jumpers plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the Jumpers should be no more than 50ft from that outlet . If you would like to set up a Jumpers at a park or other place without an electrical outlet within 50ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional $100 charge. If you would like to provide your own generator, it must provide at least 3,000 watts.

What type of surface can the Jumper be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

How much room do I need to set up a Jumper?
You should have an area of 1 foot clearance on all sides with a vertical clearance of about 15'-22'. When you call to reserve your Jumpers, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will be renting. Here's a quick table:

Are Jumpers safe?
Yes. Our Jumpers are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving small children, two adults should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Jumpers. All of our Jumpers are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation

Are you Insured?
Yes. However, it is a requirement that all offices carry their own liability insurance policy. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent an Jumpers are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We can't set up a Jumper until the liability waiver is signed.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a Jumper?
Yes. A 50% Booking Fee is required to reserve them.

Can I have my party at a Park?
Yes. Jumpers are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have Jumpers at the park. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. There is usually no charge for this, however we do need at least a one-week notice to accomplish this. Also check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional $100 charge.

How do I reserve my Jumper?
Simple! Once you have chosen your jump, e-mail us or call us.

What if I have to cancel?
No Problem, however your booking fee is not refunded.

UPDATED 1 January 2007.
No longer - as stated above and below, the cost of liability insurance (2 million) has been driven up so much (over triple what it was 3 years before), due to customers suing other bounce/jumpy companies because of a child tripping over a stake, tripping on the step and various other reasons. We feel that if people are suing for these trivialities, we no longer want any part of this service.
